Ohio Admin. Code 5120:1-12-16 - Grievance
Each twelve-hour facility shall maintain the following
minimum standards in regard to grievances:
(A)
(Important)
prisoner rules will include a grievance procedure that is available to
prisoners and includes at least one level of appeal.
(B)
(Important)
Retaliation by staff for prisoner grievances is prohibited.
