Ohio Admin. Code 5902-4-05 - Persons to whom compensation shall not be paid
Compensation shall not be paid under this chapter:
(A) To any person who received from another
state a bonus or compensation of a similar nature;
(B) To any person who served less than ninety
days in the United States armed forces, unless active duty was terminated as a
result of injuries or illness sustained during Persian gulf, Afghanistan, or
Iraq service during the compensable period; or
(C) To any person for any time period spent
under penal confinement during the compensable period.
