Ohio Admin. Code 901:10-2-15 - [Effective until 1/1/2025] Manure management plan and the plan for the disposal of dead livestock

A

(A) A manure management plan shall include a plan for the disposal of dead livestock.

The plan shall include best management practices for burning, burial, rendering, composting, alkaline hydrolysis or other methods consistent with sections 941.14, 953.26, and 1511.022 of the Revised Code. In the alternative, the owner or operator may choose to follow the requirements set forth in section 3734.02 of the Revised Code and rules promulgated thereunder. Records for implementing the plan for the disposal of dead livestock shall be included in the operating record set forth in rule 901:10-2-16 of the Administrative Code.

(B) In the alternative, the owner or operator may choose to follow the requirements set forth in section 3734.02 of the Revised Code and rules promulgated thereunder.
(C) Records for implementing the plan for the disposal of dead livestock shall be included in the operating record set forth in rule 901:10-2-16 of the Administrative Code.
