Ohio Admin. Code 901-19-35 - Recognition of disciplinary actions
This is an optional rule.
(A) Disciplinary action by a sponsor against
a person for a violation of sections
901.70 to
901.76 of the Revised Code or
Chapter 901-19 of the Administrative Code shall be given full faith and credit
and shall be honored at all exhibitions.
(B) A person who has been convicted of
violating sections 901.70 to
901.76 of the Revised Code shall
be prohibited from participating in any exhibition for a minimum period of
three years.
