Ohio Admin. Code 901:5-5-02 - Tolerances
Agricultural liming material is mislabeled if the ,
that:
(A) The total neutralizing power
of the agricultural liming material is more than one
five percentage
point
points
below the guaranteed neutralizing power; or
(B) The sum of the percentages of calcium and
magnesium is more than one
five percentage point
points below
the sum of the guaranteed percentages for calcium and magnesium; or
(C) The amount of material which passes
through any sieve size is more than one
five percentage point
points below
the percentage guaranteed for that sieve size.
