Ohio Admin. Code 901:9-2-04 - Prizes
(A) All prizes
which can be won must be displayed at all times while the game is open to the
public for play.
(B)
In no case shall:
(1)
An item be given
as a prize which is not on display:
(2)
Any merchandise
be displayed which is not one of the prizes possible to be won during the play
of the game; and
(3)
Any concessionaire or agent buy back any prize for
money, cash, check or like payment from a player at a fair.
(B) No item shall be given as a
prize which is not on display.
(C) In no case shall any merchandise
be displayed in a game at a fair which is not one of the prizes possible to be
won during the play of the game.
(D) In no case shall any
concessionaire or agent buy back any prize for money, cash, check, or like
payment from a player at a fair.
