Ohio Admin. Code 901:9-2-06 - Trade up games

(A) Except for the paragraph (B) of this rule, no combination of prizes, articles, tickets, numbers or money may be exchanged for other prizes.
(B) In trade up games, a player may accumulate up to three five wins in order to win the prize of his the player's choice.
(C) In trade up games, only one price of play shall be is allowed.
(D) Each level of prize must be plainly marked as to the number of wins required.
