R.C. 5101:12-80-05.2 - Date of collection
(A) The
date of collection is the date assigned to the
payment is posted in
deposit within the child support payment central
(CSPC) automated payment processing system.
(B) The date of collection for internal
revenue service (IRS) payments is the date the office of child support (OCS)
receives the tax offset file from the federal office of child support
enforcement (OCSE)
services.
(C) A payment received by CSPC after the
financial processing is completed for the day is considered to be received on
the next business day.
