Okla. Admin. Code § 1:2018-2
To the Honorable Members of the Oklahoma House of Representatives, the Honorable Members of the Oklahoma State Senate, all cabinet members, and all directors of state agencies:
WHEREAS, the Occupational Licensing Task Force issued a report containing recommendations in January 2018. One of the main findings of the Task Force is the lack of unified data available to policy makers and the public regarding occupational licensing.
WHEREAS, One of the recommendations from the report is to continue the work of the Task Force by maintaining a centralized database for occupational licensing and to require all agencies, boards and commissions to report information to the database.
NOW THEREFORE, I, Mary Fallin, Governor of the State of Oklahoma, pursuant to the power and authority vested in me by Sections 1 and 2 of Article VI of the Oklahoma Constitution hereby direct as follows:
Copies of this Executive Order shall be distributed to the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services; and the cabinet secretaries to further distribute to directors of agencies.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the Great Seal of the State of Oklahoma to be affixed at Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, this 7th day of February, 2018.
