Okla. Admin. Code § 165:5-1-14.2 - Documents subject to protective order and other confidential documents

With the exception of applications and related documents filed in confidential motor carrier taxpayer/registrant protests pursuant to OAC 165:5-25-1, unredacted documents which contain materials subject to a protective order, or otherwise considered confidential, shall be filed in accordance with OAC 165:5-1-5(h).
