Okla. Admin. Code § 252:221-1-1 - Purpose, authority and applicability
(a)
Purpose. The purpose of the Brownfield program is to provide for the safe reuse of brownfield properties and provide a mechanism for landowners to resolve or manage their environmental liability to the government.
(b)
Authority.The rules in this Chapter implement the Oklahoma Brownfields Voluntary Redevelopment Act, 27A O.S. § 2-15-101 et seq., as amended.
(c)
Applicability. Any person who qualifies under 27A O.S. § 2-15-103 may participate in the Brownfield program and receive a Certificate of Completion or a Certificate of No Action Necessary upon successful completion of a Brownfield Plan.
