Okla. Admin. Code § 252:221-7-13 - Insurance
Borrower/grantee may purchase insurance, including environmental insurance, if the expense is necessary to carry out cleanup activities and associated cleanup activities are carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions of DEQ's loan/grant.
