Okla. Admin. Code § 252:301-7-4 - Initial accreditation
To gain initial or interim accreditation, a laboratory shall successfully analyze two consecutive proficiency testing (PT) rounds. Proficiency testing (PT) rounds must have been performed within the last twelve (12) months and at least seven (7) calendar days apart.
