Okla. Admin. Code § 252:515-25-2 - Plans required
(a)
Closure plan required. A closure plan shall be submitted to the DEQ for approval describing how compliance with the requirements of Part 3 of this Subchapter will be achieved.
(b)
Post-closure plan required. Except as provided in OAC 252:515-25-1(c) and (d), a post-closure plan shall be submitted to the DEQ for approval describing how compliance with the requirements of Part 5 of this Subchapter will be achieved.
(c)
Plan amendments. An amended closure or post-closure plan shall be submitted to the DEQ for approval:
(1) when a cost estimate adjustment is required; or
(2) with each application for a modification of the permit when such modification will affect closure or post-closure duties or requirements.
