Okla. Admin. Code § 252:515-25-55 - Post-closure use of property
(a)
Maintain integrity. Use of the property during the post-closure period must not disturb the integrity of the final cover, the liner, or any other components of the containment system, or the function of the monitoring systems.
(b)
DEQ approval. The owner/operator shall not allow any other use of the property during the post-closure period unless it is approved by DEQ.
