Okla. Admin. Code § 252:517-17-7 - Substitute financial assurance
(a)
Substitutions allowed. Substitute financial assurance may be provided as specified in this Subchapter.
(b)
Release of previous instrument. The DEQ will not release any current assurances until an approved substitute is in place.
