Okla. Admin. Code § 252:606-3-1 - Access and use
An applicant must acquire or possess a right to use and access the property on which discharge points, facilities, activities or discharge sources are located. The owner/operator must maintain such rights for the duration of the permit term, and provide documentary proof to DEQ.
