Okla. Admin. Code § 252:606-3-3 - OPDES permit

(a) OPDES permit applications. When submitting a permit application for the initial issuance or re-issuance of an OPDES permit:
(1) analyses reported for industrial discharges must be performed by laboratories accredited by DEQ, and
(2) analyses reported for municipal discharges must be performed at a minimum by an operator certified by the DEQ, as specified in this Chapter.
(b) Additional OPDES permit requirements. DEQ may include in the permit statements of, or may incorporate by reference, any attachment to the permit which contains appropriate conditions, plans, limitations and other requirements relating to municipal lagoons, industrial surface impoundments, sludge management plans, or land application of sludge or wastewater associated with the discharging facility or activity subject to DEQ's jurisdiction and pursuant to DEQ rules and regulations.
