Okla. Admin. Code § 252:628-7-1 - General provisions
(a) This sets the operation standards and maintenance criteria for IPR SWTPs. Other rules may govern indirect potable reuse operations, such as the Oklahoma Pollutant Discharge Elimination (OPDES) Standards (OAC 252:606), Water Pollution Control Facility Construction Standards (OAC 252:656), Laboratory Accreditation (OAC 252:301), Public Water Supply Construction Standards (OAC 252:626) and Waterworks and Wastewater Works Operator Certification (OAC 252:710).
(b) This applies to any person or entity, including any federal facility that operates an IPR SWTP in Oklahoma.
