Okla. Admin. Code § 252:641-21-2 - Prerequisites for new certifications and renewals

Before being eligible for certification or renewal, an applicant must:

(1) be an individual,

(2) be eighteen (18) years of age or older,

(3) owe no outstanding fees or fines to the DEQ,

(4) be in compliance with the immigration laws of this state, and

(5) be in compliance with all DEQ rules and final orders.
