Okla. Admin. Code § 260:135-1-14 - Transcripts
(a) Hearings may be recorded. A party may have a court reporter present at the Hearing. The person requesting the hearing bears the responsibility to make arrangements for the court reporter and is responsible for the cost of the reporter's services.
(b) Costs for transcripts of the record or of any portion thereof may be borne by the party or parties requesting the transcript.
