Okla. Admin. Code § 310:505-7-4 - Enforcement
(a)
Denial, revocation, or suspension of a permit. The permit of a eye bank may be denied, revoked, or suspended for failure to comply with the provisions of the Act or the rules of this Chapter.
(b)
Appeals. Appeals of Department actions against a permit or a permit holder shall be conducted according to the Administrative Procedures Act and Chapter 2 of this Title (310:002).
