Okla. Admin. Code § 432:10-3-6 - Effect of denial of request

Any party denied a Refund, in whole or in part, may request a hearing in accordance with the Commission's Chapter 1 Rules. Such request for a hearing must be received by the Commission's Executive Director no less than ten (10) days after receipt of the notice of Refund denial.
