Effective 8-26-94, rules of the Office of Personnel Management at OAC 530:10-19 were transferred to the Merit Protection Commission pursuant to 74 O.S., Section 841.9(F), to "remain in effect until duly modified by the Commission." Effective 7-13-95, the Commission enacted new rules in this Subchapter to replace the rules transferred from OAC 530:10-19.
