Effective 7-1-93, the Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement Commission (OAC 45) became "responsible for the administration and enfocement of the Oklahoma Charity Games Act" [Laws 1993, c. 305, § 4(B)] and the Tax Commission was directed to promulgate and enforce only such rules as are necessary to provide for the collection, remitting and verification of payment of taxes by distributors.
