Agency Note: Agency Note: Sections 710:95-9-1 through 710:95-9-5 were initially added by emergency action on 2-23-01, and expired on the designated date of 9-1-01. Thereafter, these Sections were promulgated through permanent rulemaking, with modifications in conformity with Laws 2001, c. 295, § 1, and became effective 5-25-02. Thus, there were no effective rules for the period 9-2-01 to 5-25-02. [Please refer to the corrected Editor's Note published at 19 Ok Reg 1883.]
