Or. Admin. Code § 104-055-0030 - Eligible Activities
(1) To be
eligible for this Grant Program, a proposed Project must involve the
installation of a Generator Connector at a currently licensed commercial public
or private Cardlock Facility within the State of Oregon.
(2) Grant funds cannot be used for the
installation of a Generator or power generation/backup power
capability.
