Or. Admin. Code § 123-041-0100 - Waivers and Appeals
(1) The
Department's funding decisions are final and may not be appealed.
(2) In its sole discretion, the Director or
designee Department may waive non-statutory requirements of the Program if it
is demonstrated that such a waiver would serve to further the goals or
objectives of the Program.
