Or. Admin. Code § 137-020-0713 - Costs of Participation, Collection of Data
(1) Neither the dealer nor the consumer shall
be required to make any payment to anyone for participation in the pilot
program.
(2) The Department may
enter into an interagency agreement with the Oregon Dispute Resolution
Commission for the collection and analysis of data concerning the efficiency,
effectiveness, and fairness of the pilot program.
