Or. Admin. Code § 141-014-0390 - Termination of a Lease or License For Default
(1) If the holder of a lease or license to
remove or use material fails to comply with these rules or the terms and
conditions of the authorization, or otherwise violates laws governing their
removal or use of material or the authorized area, the Department will notify
the holder of the authorization in writing of the default and demand correction
within a specified time frame.
(2)
If the holder of a lease or license to remove or use material fails to correct
the default within the time frame specified, the Department may:
(a) Modify or terminate the lease or license;
and
(b) Request the Attorney
General to take appropriate legal action against the holder of the lease or
license.
