Or. Admin. Code § 142-001-0000 - Notice of Proposed Rule
Prior to the adoption, amendment, repeal of any rule, the South Slough National Estuarine Research Reserve Management Commission shall give notice of the proposed adoption, amendment, or repeal:
(1) In the Secretary of State's Bulletin
referred to in ORS 183.360 at least fifteen (15)
days prior to the effective date.
(2) By mailing a copy of the Notice to
persons on the Commission's mailing list established pursuant to ORS
183.335(6).
(3) By submitting a copy of the Notice to all
of the newspapers published in Coos County, Oregon.
(4) By mailing a copy of the Notice to the
Department of Fish and Wildlife, the Department of Environmental Quality, the
State Forestry Department, and the Coos County Board of
Commissioners.
