Or. Admin. Code § 150-323-0315 - Little Cigars
(1)
Definitions.
(a) Except as otherwise
specifically defined in this rule, the definitions in ORS
323.010 apply to this
rule.
(b) "Little cigar" means a
roll for smoking that is of any size or shape and that is made wholly or in
part of tobacco, irrespective of whether the tobacco is pure or flavored,
adulterated or mixed with any other ingredient, if the roll has a wrapper made
wholly or in greater part of tobacco and if 1,000 of these rolls collectively
weigh not more than three pounds.
(c) "Unstamped" means any sealed package of
cigarettes, including little cigars, that does not have a valid cigarette stamp
affixed.
(2) A dealer in
possession of unstamped little cigars on or after January 1, 2021 may be
subject to civil penalties as described in OAR 150-323-0290 and their inventory
of unstamped little cigars declared contraband and subject to seizure and
destruction.
