Or. Admin. Code § 160-010-0610 - Filing Format
(1) The notice of
intent filed with the Secretary of State shall use a format approved by the
Secretary of State, Corporation Division.
(2) The Corporation Division shall use an
electronic method of filing the notice of intent and any amendments or
cancellations thereof.
