Or. Admin. Code § 160-100-0010 - Date of Mailing

Whenever chapter 219, Oregon Laws 2013 and OAR 160-100-0000 to 160-100-0620 require or permit a record or object to be mailed to the Secretary of State, the date of mailing shall be the date the record or object was actually received by the Secretary of State.
