Or. Admin. Code § 170-080-0061 - Account Closure
A Program IRA account may be closed by a process established by the Board if:
(1) No funds have been
deposited into the account for at least 18 months; and
(2) All funds from the Participating
Employee's or Participating Individual's account have been withdrawn pursuant
to OAR 170-080-0057; or
(3) All
funds from the Participating Employee's or Participating Individual's account
have been rolled over or transferred pursuant to OAR 170-080-0058.
