Or. Admin. Code § 177-200-0005 - Definitions
For purposes of division 200, the following definitions apply except as otherwise provided in OAR chapter 177, or unless the context requires otherwise.
(1) "Cash slip" means the
receipt issued by a Video Lottery game terminal for the payment of a player's
credits remaining at the end of play or for the payment of a Jackpot
Prize.
(2) "Specialty Game(s)"
refers to Video Lottery games, such as the Lottery's Platinum Spin Series
games, that offer specially designated prizes in amounts that are higher than
the usual prize amounts, including a Jackpot prize.
(3) "Jackpot Prize" refers to a prize won
during Specialty Game play that is greater than $600.
(4) "Payment Device" means an electronically
loaded card or other device loaded with or representing Lottery prize winnings
or other dollar amounts of $20,000 or less, which may include, but is not
limited to a debit card, with a corresponding player account.
