Or. Admin. Code § 213-018-0010 - Aggravated Theft (ORS 164.057)
(1)
CRIME CATEGORY 6: Aggravated
Theft shall be ranked at Crime Category 6 if the amount of loss caused by the
criminal conduct was more than $50,000.
(2)
CRIME CATEGORY 5: Aggravated
Theft shall be ranked at Crime Category 5 if it cannot be ranked at Crime
Category 6.
