CRIME
CATEGORY 9: Subjecting Another Person to Involuntary Servitude I shall
be ranked at Crime Category 9 if the offender caused or threatened to cause
death or serious physical injury to a person.
(2)
CRIME CATEGORY 6: Subjecting
Another Person to Involuntary Servitude I shall be ranked at Crime Category 6
if the offender restrained or threatened to physically restrain a
person.
