Or. Admin. Code § 230-030-0030 - Matchmaking

(1) Matches, including those matches arranged by a matchmaker operating outside the State of Oregon, shall be made only by a promoter or matchmaker licensed by the Superintendent. Promoters shall file with the Director the following information relating to any individuals servicing the promoter or the promoter's organization in the capacity of matchmaker:

(a) Name of matchmaker;

(b) Notification to the Director if the promoter's arrangement with the matchmaker changes.

(2) In the case of a match made by a matchmaker, the promoter shall be responsible to the Superintendent for matches made and for the submission of the contracts, if applicable, complete applications for licensure, and license fees to the Director's office within the time prescribed by OAR 230-030-0050.
