Or. Admin. Code § 230-030-0140 - Sanitation

(1) All clubs shall provide and make available to all contestants clean and sanitary facilities including but not limited to dressing rooms and showering facilities. All clubs are held responsible for and shall correct any violation of applicable local health department requirements regarding sanitary conditions of dressing rooms, showers, water bottles, towels or other equipment.
(2) Any licensee who has a contagious or communicable disease or active infestation, including but not limited to scabies, crabs, poison ivy or oak, shall not be permitted to participate in any match or exhibition and must notify the promoter of such condition. A promoter who, after notification from any source that a licensee has such contagious disease or active infestation, allows such licensee to participate in a match or exhibition, violates this rule.
