Or. Admin. Code § 230-030-0320 - Payment of Contestants

All contestants shall be paid in full according to their contracts, if applicable, and no part or percentage of their remuneration may be withheld except by order of the Director or the Superintendent, nor shall any part thereof be returned through arrangement with the boxer or the boxer's manager to any matchmaker, assistant matchmaker, or club official. The boxer or manager may not assign their respective share of the purse, if applicable, or any portion thereof, without the approval of the Director or the Superintendent. A written request for such assignment must be filed with the Director at least 72 hours before the contest.
