Or. Admin. Code § 230-080-0310 - Violation of the Provisions of 230-080-0035 and 230-080-0260 Through 230-080-0330
Violations of the provisions of 230-080-0035 and 230-080-0260 through 230-080-0280 may result in disqualification of the offender's contestant or ejection of the offender from the venue in which the card is taking place including the parking lot and any other building or structures adjacent to the venue used in any way for the conduct of the card. Such ejection shall persist for the duration of entire card. The ejection may be ordered by the referee or by the Director.
