Or. Admin. Code § 230-080-0430 - Competitors' Appearance
All unarmed combat sports competitors shall be clean and present a tidy appearance. It shall be at the discretion of medical personnel or the referee to determine whether facial hair, piercings or other adornments, and length of hair present any potential hazard to the safety of the competitor or the opponent, or will interfere with the supervision and conduct of the bout.
