Or. Admin. Code § 230-110-0000 - Violations of Laws or Rules

Any licensee who violates the laws of the State of Oregon, with the exception of minor traffic violations, or the rules of the Boxing and Wrestling Commission, or who fails or refuses to comply with a valid order of a representative of the Superintendent, or at any time or in any place behaves in a manner which is deemed by the Superintendent to reflect discredit to boxing or wrestling, or who aids or abets any person's violations of these laws or rules is subject to a license revocation, or the licensee may be fined, suspended or otherwise disciplined in such manner as the Superintendent may direct.
