Or. Admin. Code § 250-010-0030 - Application for Certificate of Number and Title
(1) The application shall be made on a form
furnished by the Board and mailed direct to the Board or presented to an
appointed agent of the Board, together with the required fee.
(2) The application shall be available at the
office of the Board, appointed agents of the Board, boat dealers, sheriffs, and
Motor Vehicle Licensing offices.
