Or. Admin. Code § 250-020-0280 - Boat Operations in Multnomah County
(1) Benson Lake: A person must not use a
motor to propel a boat on Benson Lake.
(2) Bybee Lake: A person must not use an
internal combustion engine to propel a boat.
(3) Sauvie Island Wildlife Area:
(a) A person must not operate a boat within
the Sauvie Island Wildlife Area from October 10 to January 20 unless they
possess a valid Sauvie Island Hunt Permit. This restriction does not apply to
the Gilbert River from a point 100 feet upstream of the Gilbert River Dock
downstream to the mouth, as marked.
(b) A person must not operate a motorboat in
excess of a slow-no wake speed on any waters within the Sauvie Island Wildlife
Area.
(4) Smith Lake: A
person must not use an internal combustion engine to propel a boat.
