Or. Admin. Code § 255-032-0032 - Continuance of Hearings: Cancellation of Hearings
(1) Upon the request of any party or on its
own motion, the Board may, for good cause, continue a hearing for a reasonable
period of time not to exceed 60 days to obtain additional information required
to assist the Board in its decision.
(2) If an inmate asks for cancellation of a
hearing, it must be for good cause, in writing, and with seven days advance
notice. If the board finds that the cancellation request does not fulfill these
requirements, the inmate shall not be eligible to request another hearing for
90 days from the date of the scheduled hearing.
