Or. Admin. Code § 255-060-0013 - Postponement Order
Any order regarding the postponement of parole release shall be sent to the prisoner and shall set forth:
(1) The facts and specific reasons for the
decision and the individual votes of the Board members.
(2) Notice of the right to administrative
appeal pursuant to the procedures of division 80.
