Or. Admin. Code § 255-075-0031 - Hearings Process
(1) The
Hearings Officer shall conduct the violation hearing reasonably near the place
of the alleged violation or the place of confinement or may conduct the hearing
by teleconference or video conference.
(2) Unless the Hearings Officer finds good
cause on the record, the parole and post-prison supervision officer shall
present information and evidence at the hearing and arrange for the presence of
witnesses for the state. The parole and post-prison supervision officer shall
make dispositional recommendations.
(3) The Hearings Officer shall make a tape
recording of the hearing.
