Or. Admin. Code § 274-020-0310 - Evidence of Acquisition
An applicant shall be required to furnish any of the following items applicable:
(1) A copy of the
earnest money receipt or sales agreement, signed by all the parties if
acquisition is by purchase.
(2) A
copy of the contract of sale signed by all parties.
(3) A copy of the mortgage showing the
recording data.
(4) Evidence of
debt from F.H.A. Title 1 loan.
(5)
Evidence of personal obligation incurred in acquiring the home.
